QVXLabs - Self Funded & Open Source Projects

In addition to software consulting services QVXLabs also operates several self-funded and open-source projects. These projects are the very soul of what we do and exemplify our dedication to our craft. Most of these projects are open-source as such our efforts are donations to the community in the interest of exploring new ideas & discovering new frontiers.

Project List

Ares Mobile Console Platform A complete open source linux based gaming software platform that runs on the PXA Gaming platform from GizmoForYou. This is not only a gaming operating system complete with a web browser and wifi support. It also comes with sample code for 3d graphics rendering, support and multimedia and much more.

dupli.back Built on top of Duplicity, dupli.back is a full featured open source backup utility. Originally based on Flyback, it supports remote vis ssh, ftp & 'Amazon Cloud' as well as local backups to usb attached external storage. It also supports 'line item restorations' enabling the user the ability to selectively restore files from different revisions in their backup history. All code is open source and is freely available via Google Code.
